Why Register with the Embassy

Travel Registration is a service provided by the government. This service allows you to record information about your upcoming trip abroad to the Department of State so it can be used to assist you in case of an emergency. People residing abroad can also get routine information from their nearest embassy or consulate if registered.

You will need to provide the following:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)

  • Recent passport-sized photo

  • Flight reservation (return or onward ticket)

  • Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel booking or invitation letter)

  • Bank statement or proof of funds

  • Travel insurance covering Israel

  • Purpose of travel letter or invitation letter if visiting friends, family, or for business

  • For minors: Birth certificate and parental consent letter

All documents must be clear scanned copies in PDF or image formats.

We recommend applying at least a month before traveling, as delays can occur. We offer three different processing times, but delays can occur.
You must enter the country usually 90 days from date of issuance for the eVisa. You can stay up to 90 days per entry. It's a single-entry visa.
